Holistic Disenfranchised Grief Support Group

This group is created with the weight of the world in mind. Disenfranchised grief is grief society refuses to recognize. It's grief that lives in the corners of unmet needs, unfulfilling careers or relationships, words we never said, childhoods we never got. In this group I aim to create community around listening without judgement, safety, and connection in grief. We're all moving through a world that asks way too much of us whilst giving not much in return. There is grief in that alone. Let's process this together! You don't have to do it alone.
